Annie S. Lemoine is an associate with Winsberg, Heidingsfelder & Gamble. Prior to entering private practice, Annie clerked for the Honorable Judge Bernadette D’Souza of the Orleans Civil District Court. She earned her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was an inaugural member of the LSBA’s Access to Justice Developing Leadership Internship and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Public Interest Journal. Annie was recognized as a recipient of the 2018 Gillis Long Poverty Law Center Public Service Award, as well as the Clinical Legal Education Association’s 2018 Outstanding Student Award.  She also has a background in social work, having received her Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2012.  Annie is a native of Bucktown, Louisiana.
