William S. Ercole is an associate with Winsberg, Heidingsfelder & Gamble. Will received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law, where he was member of the Loyola Law Review. Will was also a Rule XX Student Practitioner at the Loyola Law Clinic where he advocated for workers and workplace justice. After graduating cum laude, Will took on a judicial clerkship in a designated domestic division of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans with Judge Bernadette G. D’Souza. During his tenure as a judicial law clerk, he gained invaluable experience in the nuances and complexities of Louisiana family law including divorce, custody, partition, and domestic violence.

Will prides himself on going the extra mile for his clients in counseling them through some of the toughest times in their lives. Will has an ability to identify and explain legal issues to clients in a way that empowers them to choose their own path forward while ensuring their rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law.
