Personal Injury Litigation
Mr. Winsberg has successfully litigated a very wide range of personal injury cases. For example, he obtained a jury verdict of over $5 million dollars for the mother of a child tragically killed in an elevator accident. He obtained a settlement of over $3 million dollars and has successfully litigated or negotiated dozens of other cases. He obtained a jury verdict of no liability for a widow being sued for return of money by her stepchildren. Winsberg, Heidingsfelder & Gamble diligently and aggressively pursues its clients’ claims against insurance companies and other corporate defendants. Mr. Winsberg has many years of experience dealing with the large firms that generally defend such cases.
Commercial Litigation
Mr. Winsberg spent much of his career litigating large and complex commercial litigation cases primarily in Louisiana, but throughout the United States. Winsberg, Heidingsfelder & Gamble handles cases involving contract disputes, shareholder disputes, consumer matters and business insurance claims. The firm is willing to consider taking business and commercial litigation cases on a contingency fee basis.
